Shipping and Delivery Policy

We only deliver across India.

Delivery time: The orders are normally delivered between 5-14 days.

Delivery issues: In case, if the order is not collected by the client when our courier partner attempts to deliver, they will try to connect with you via call or message. And after two consecutive delivery attempts, the undelivered parcel will be driven back to our fulfillment center.

Order delays: In case, if the order takes longer to get delivered exceeding your given shipment date, you can mail us at the above-mentioned email with your tracking number, to our attention to the issue and resolve it promptly.

Customers will not have to pay the Return Cost.


Normally all orders are fulfilled but sometimes, the orders can be partially fulfilled/ and cancelled by us for the below-mentioned reasons

  1. The product ran out of stock

  2. The order is not processed on time.

  3. The order is not having a courier service available at your area.

  4. In all such cases, we will refund the amount to the original payment method only.

  5. In all such cases, we only charge for the final dispatched product at discounted rates and the same is conveyed to customers in the auto email. 

Refund Policy

  • Refund will be done in the Original Payment Method.

  • Once the return is received and inspected by our team, we'll send you an Email to notify you that we have got the product which you've returned.

  • You will also receive a Approval or Rejection of your refund.

  • If your refund has been approved, It will be automatically issued within 12 working days.

  • NOTE : We Do Not have "Money Refund" Policy.​

  • If we Don't find a proper reason of your return, we have the Right to Suspend the refund until the products are received back and inspected by our team

  • If your Product is rejected on Gmail or WhatsApp, you will not be able to return the Product Back to Us.



Before Returning The Products, Customer should first note down The Reasons for the Returns.

  1. Product is Defective or Damaged.

  2. We've Delivered you a Wrong Product.


  1.  Original Condition.

  2.  Unwashed & Unworn.

  3.  No Fragrance Applied.

  4.  Original Packing While Returning.

Customer first needs to provide a Photo or a Video of the Defected, Damaged area of the Product and your Invoice.
